1Listed below are events and experiences that parents with young children have shared through the RAPID-EC survey. We are interested in understanding if you have personal experience with these events as well. Please select from the list any experiences that you have had since the COVID-19 pandemic began. If you do not have a child/ren or the event/experience is not applicable to you, please leave it blank.• I/my partner was able to take time off work or take parental leave.
• We were not always able to pay for basic needs such as housing costs, basic household essentials, food, utility bills, or healthcare.
• We follow CDC's guidance, such as socially distancing from others, avoiding large gatherings, and wearing masks outside of our home.
• I received unemployment money.
• I was unable to meet my child(ren)'s social, emotional, and mental health needs.
